Shipping policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 1000 DKK. Only for danish customers.

In Denmark the shipping method is by GLS.

We ship in Europe.

Shipping to Norway - please contact JAHOKO.

Shipping to US is possible - please contact JAHOKO.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If you wish to make a return please notice that you in any case will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. You can read about returns in JAHOKO returns policy.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Please check the email to make sure all information is correct. 

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an email detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

As soon as we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive another email with your tracking code.

Shipping times will vary from country to country.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

JAHOKO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

JAHOKO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and then contact JAHOHO by e‑mail at contact@jahoko.com.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
